Book 7 Chapter 17
An in-depth study of how to get women's attention
"Whoa!"
Bi Ryuyeon sighed in anguish.
"Phew!"
He was looking at the moon and the stars as if he had a big problem on his mind.
"What should I do?"
"What do you mean?"
It was hard to watch his uncharacteristically serious face; it wasn't like him at all.
He even harbored the colorful and radical thought that he would rather gouge out his own eyeballs than see Bi Ryou's anguish. If she had a problem, she would rather listen to it quickly and solve it quickly.
If you do something stupid like that again, you're only hurting yourself.
"What can I do to take my relationship with a girl further?"
"Yes?"
The moment I heard her words, my shoulders slumped. I thought she was looking pensive and lost in thought, but I didn't realize it was just a question about dating!
It was a Yeomdo that made me feel like I was losing money.
'I was worried about this person, thinking I was crazy…….'
It was his own fault. He had forgotten that sometimes there are people in this world who don't need or deserve to be worried about.
It would be a mistake to ask a Yeomdo that is a blank slate, or an empty jar in a drought, for a relationship. Everyone has a specialty, a field in which they have developed their own unique talents. As such, love was one of her weakest areas.
"I don't know, maybe we can trigger sympathy?"
It was the saltiness of speaking uncertain knowledge to an unsure subject.
"Compassion? What is that?"
With a strange expression on her face, Bi Ryuyeon asked.
"What can I say, it's a sign of a compassionate heart that feels sorry for the weak!"
"Are you saying that those feelings actually exist?"
"Yes?"
Yeomdo looked at Bi Ryuyeon with a face that said, "That's bullshit.
"I thought the weak were just laughed at?"
He looked very curious. Yeomdo could only stare at Bi Ryuyeon, dumbfounded.
"Is he serious?
It was something to think about.
"Apparently, my master told me that……."
Bi Ryuyeon still had a puzzled look on her face.
"Hmmm… that's a sympathy trigger……. What should I do?"
"First you have to be weak!"
Yeomdo replied bluntly.
"That's a tall order!"
The need to be vulnerable seemed to be a tall order for him.
"What does it mean to be weak?"
Bi Ryuyeon asked seriously.
"Hmmm, that's a tough question to answer."
I can't really describe what it's like, because I'm far from being salty.
Like a monk on a hot topic, the two were lost in thought.
"Let's give it a try."
Yeomdo shuddered at Bi Ryuyeon's faint monologue. That's what it looks like when you have a dangerous and outlandish idea.
"Oh… no!
Yeomdo screamed inwardly. The soundless scream tore at his heart and shook him to the core.
Like an ungraspable phantasm, the image of Beryu Yan slips away from him. His mind screams, his emotions boil fiercely, but his body doesn't move. One nightmare was enough. Two was too much. Her body slipped further and further away. If I can reach out and grab her, why can't I grab her?
Yeomdo suddenly felt like crying. She was terrified that she couldn't predict what would happen next, when or where.
The next day turned out to be the busiest day of the summer, just as Biyou had predicted.
